The studio is a private annexe off of the main house. It includes a queen sized bed with an equipped kitchenette, sofa, and wall mount smart television. The studio has air conditioning, a ceiling fan & and a sliding door with a fly screen that opens to the gardens. The garden is 20sqm, 12sqm deck and includes an outdoor table and chairs and Webber BBQ.

The garden is fully fenced and suitable for small/ medium-sized dogs.

There is a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower & a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, kettle toaster, and portable induction hob. All plates, cutlery, pan/pots, etc, provided.

There is a separate enclosed shared laundry space between two studios with a washer dryer and a large drying space.

The studio is private and has a separate entrance.

There is a popular bakery which also serves local coffee and a variety of breads and fresh foods. The 'suffo' pub has a large menu selection, including healthy choices & a bottle shop. There are three small restaurants for dining in/takeaway including an Italian, Indian & Mexican. A small 'Spar' supermarket and post office are all within the same area. Byron Bay is 5km/8 mins by car. There is also a new, flat bike track taking you all the way from Suffolk to Byron, just 25mins of pedal power.
